A few weeks ago I was able to attend one of NC State’s “Leadership in Technology” Executive Speakers Series. The topic was “The Power of Corporate Culture” with guest speaker Tom Mendoza of NetApp (http://www.netapp.com).

After the session I was able to chat with Tom on how he values success, his thoughts on starting a podcasting on company building. Also Tom gives us his advice fur upcoming entrepreneurship.
