a la mode
If you live in the Wake Forest area or love gelato as much as I do you have to try this place out! The other night myself and my friends Lauren and Heather were meeting for some girl time and decided ice cream/gelato was the perfect thing to have over girl chat!
a la mode in historic downtown Wake Forest has some of the best gelato in the area. After going to Italy last summer I am a huge fan of gelato (as if I wasn’t before) and a la mode is such a fun place to go. The decor inside is so cute and inviting. When sitting at the bar you’re on saddles which I thought was great, but they also have tables and couches if your looking for more of a traditional ice cream visit. 
Besides gelato they also have ice cream and other goodies. The best thing about it all is that it is all home made. I really enjoyed my visit to a la mode and plan on going back!
