This is in my backyard?

Over Thanksgiving I flew out to Kansas City, Missouri to spend time with my mom’s side of the family. With 16 of us there especially my Bachi (Polish for Grandmother) we had a lot of food, and good food too! We of course cooked on Thanksgiving and then ate leftovers until I left on Sunday, but Wednesday night before Thanksgiving we went out to eat at this wonderful Italian Restaurant Perazelli’s.

 So most of you probably won’t be heading out to Greenwood, Missouri anytime soon, but I have to tell you about this place. It was some of the best Italian I’ve ever had. Ok granted, I really like Italian food and I think I say that about every Italian place I eat at it, but it was so good! It is owned and run by an Italian family who really know what they’re doing. I had a house salad with their homemade Italian dressing and the Grilled Salmon with Risotto and fresh vegetables for my entree. Then my family and I took home 3 desserts to split. We had Peanut Butter Pie, Carrot Cake, and a Chocolate layer cake. I must tell you all the Peanut Butter Pie was to die for! I am a dessert freak and this pie was soo good that after 3 or 4 bites my jaw was locking from the richness of it!
