OFF TO THE THEATRE

I love the theatre.  I am fascinated by how words on a piece of paper can come to life on stage.  I love it!  I have dabbled with theatre throughout my life.  My most recent encounter was Fall 2007 when I appeared in Raleigh Little Theatres production Intimate Apparel.

A great supporter of the arts, we’re going to see Peter Pan tonight.  It’s their last weekend, and apparently the remaining shows are sold out.  I’ll tell you all about it Monday.

Next weekend I am emceeing RLT’s Divas!  It’s the theatres biggest fundraiser of the year.  There’s still time to buy tickets on their website…I’d look forward to seeing you there!

Yeah for theater!! You have to check out Avenue Q when it comes here in a few weeks, I saw it on Broadway a few years back and loved it. Oh but please note it is not kid friendly.

I heard Avenue Q wasn’t really kid friendly. I am quite impressed with local theatre. I’m always looking out for the next show to attend…and/or be a part of. BTW…check out Raleigh Little Theatres 2008-09 line up. Great shows!!!! http://www.raleighlittletheatre.org
