Coho Salmon On The Grill

Found some fresh, wild caught, coho salmon on sale at the store, so I bought some.  I fired up my charcoal grill to get a hot fire going.  I rubbed some olive oil and season salt on the fish and put it scale side down.  After I closed the grill, I was thinking that when I go and have salmon at a restaurant, they usually have some kind of ritzy sauce.  What could I do to fancy up my salmon?

On our deck besides tomatoes, we are growing basil.  So, I picked a few basil leaves and put them on the fish and continued to cook.

My oh my, the salmon had a great fresh basil taste and was succulent fresh off the grill.
