Different strokes for different folks

I am sharing another thought from one of my favorites-Brian Kim. I completely agree that different incentives motivate people. Whether it’s money, status, family time, fear etc. The key is figuring out what incentives motivate you and put them in action to be successful.

Different things work for different people.Therefore, it’s crucial to see and record what works for you.
Do you get more done with the carrot (reward) or the stick (punishment)?
Do you find yourself more creative during the early morning or at night?
Do you find yourself having a better workout in the morning or the afternoon?
Pay attention to the kinds of actions that work best for you and optimize
your life so that you incorporate them accordingly.
