Raleigh’s Planet Earth Celebration

The City of Raleigh is sponsoring a free Earth Day event called Planet Earth Celebration on April 19.

The celebration will take place at the N.C. Museum of Natural Sciences and at the State Capitol from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Local businesses, live music, and exhibits that support sustainable living will be available. And for those who would like to buy eco-friendly items, but don’t know where to go, retailers specializing in Earth-friendly wearables will be present.

The best part (besides the community loving Mother Earth) is that the Rosebuds are performing! I better not miss out on that!
